Return and Exchange Policy :

Our highest priority to gratify shopping experience to our each and every customer. Conversely if due to some unpredicted situation if you are not happy with our products then below are the procedure to apply for a mutually consensual resolution of the situation.

Can I Return / Exchange product?

 

  • Yes you can return / exchange your purchase product within 30 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition and tags, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For any query you can mail us on customercare@Sirtailors.com within 7 days on receipt of delivery with the product snaps.
  • Returns would not be accepted for design it yourself products, custom made, including Pre stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse.
  • At the time of return, please remark the items as “Defective Returns” and “Not for sale”.
  • For Exchange and return confirmation kindly mail us on customercare@Sirtailors.com within 7 days after receiving delivery. After that it will not be accepted.

 

How Can I return/ exchange my Purchase?

 

  • If you want to return / exchange your purchase kindly mail us on our customercare@Sirtailors.com and our executive will contact you shortly.
  • We are providing Re-Pick-Up Facility on available service area. If your shipping address is not covered by our pickup service, you have to return item by courier.

 

Can I cancel an order after shipped?

 

  • As your order shipped from our side we are unable to cancel the order.
  • To cancel the product you need to intimate it in 6 hrs. of order placed.

 

How Can I get my Credit?

What if any Delays :

Any further information related to your order, will not accepted in any form of communication through any payment gateway. For the same you will have to contact us on customercare@Sirtailors.com

 

  • We will add credit in your Sirtailors.com account within 48 working hours after receiving our goods.
  • If error from our side like defected or different product received, in that type of cases we are providing refund also as per customers convenience. After all your amount is yours only.
  • Credit amount can be used in Indian Currency only.
  • In case your selected product is not available than after our intimation, we will add the credit in your G3fashions.in account including difference shipping charges.
  • The details of the products weight quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
  • If we found in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn, washed, used or altered from customer side then, we will not provide any credit amount against that product and no extra charges will barred by us.
  • While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colons, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors or accessories ordered.
  • Customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual Beads, Stones and Sequences come off.
  • Changes in size or any other alteration after placing an order mail us on customercare@sirtailors.com within 6 hours of order placed.
  • If the products are not liked by the customer than customer can return the products back within 30 days of goods received by customer. In this case to and Fro charges will be bared by customers.
